as your unique bowl takes a lot of care and attention to create, so i ensure that the same amount of care and attention goes into the packaging and shipping. the last thing you (or i) want is to create a unique bowl and then have it get damaged in the post. that's why i spent ages testing the packaging to make sure it gets to you in perfect condition. everything is wrapped, double boxed and fully protected by biodegradable packaging peanuts therefore making it impossible to be damaged in transit.

in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged when it arrives (you’ll be able to tell straight away), please do not unwrap it from its honeycomb paper & tissue paper (this is to protect you, I wouldn’t want you to injury yourself) please contact me straight away at caroline@ooooo.uk along with photos of both the item in it’s wrapping and the box to show the issue, I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged after 24hr of you receiving the box (this is to protect me from damages happening after the item has been opened and unwrapped). .

all bowls are posted via parcel force traced 48hr post which typically takes 2 working days, but please allow an extra day as services can vary depending on your location within the UK. For orders going overseas please allow approx 1 week for your order to arrive, tracking details will be sent out as soon as the item has been posted, I'm afraid brexit, and covid-19 have had an impact on these.
